Please reach out first via email or the Contact page on this site. Including details about your request (the illustration's purpose, intended use, number of pieces, deadline, budget, etc.) will help things move smoothly afterward. If you already have a specific image in mind, please describe it in detail (the scene, what's happening, who's involved, etc.).

We'll conduct an interview by email or online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). After aligning on the deadline and terms, we'll sign a contract. If contract documents need to be prepared, we can arrange that as well.

Based on what was decided in the meeting, I'll create a rough draft and share it with you. Please let me know any requested changes at this stage to keep the process smooth. (Once the final artwork stage begins, major revisions become difficult, so any changes at that point will require an additional fee.)

Once the rough draft is finalized, I'll move on to the final artwork. After submission, I'll make any necessary fine adjustments before delivering the final files.

After the invoice is issued, please complete payment by the due date. We'd also appreciate receiving a sample copy of the finished book or product. After release, I can also help promote it on social media — feel free to share any promotional images or text.
